Promotional Sponsorship Packages

Conference Bag Sponsorship

All full conference pass attendees and speakers will receive an official Seattle Interactive Conference upon check-in. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on one side of a canvas tote bag. Marketing collateral can also be inserted in the bag. This sponsorship provides stellar brand visibility during and after the convention.

SIC manages production for bags. Sponsor is responsible for hard costs.

Wi-Fi / Bloggers Lounge Sponsorship

Free Wi-Fi access will be available for conference attendees. Your logo will appear on exclusively branded sign-in page.

Sponsor branded Wi-Fi lounge plus additional branding opportunities available. All infrastructure is provided in the lounge. This includes (3) 52” LCD displays, electrical and seating for 30 people.

Badge Insert

Include an insert in the official Seattle Interactive Conference bag given to all full conference pass attendees.

Sponsor is responsible for the production and cost of the insert with SIC approval.Each conference attendee will receive a badge holder insert with a high-profile display of the sponsor’s logo.

Lanyard Sponsorship

Sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on the lanyards used by each SIC attendee to hang their badge.

SIC will be responsible for the production and cost of the lanyard.
